تأثیر زمان قلمه‌گیری، نوع قلمه و هورمون بر زنده‌مانی و رشد قلمه‌های گونه کنوکارپوس (Conocarpus erectus L.)

چکیده

کنوکارپوس با نام علمی Conocarpus erectus L. درختچه­ای زینتی است که در این پژوهش زنده­مانی و رشد قلمه­های آن تحت تأثیر تیمارهای نوع قلمه (خشبی، نیمه­خشبی و علفی)، زمان قلمه­گیری (20 اسفندماه و 20 فروردین‌ماه) و هورمون نفتالین استیک اسید(با هورمون و بدون هورمون) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش در قالب طرح فاکتوریل بر مبنای طرح کاملاً تصادفی در چهار تکرار و تعداد 30 قلمه در هر تکرار، در گلخانه شهرداری بهبهان اجرا شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که قلمه­های گرفته‌شده در 20 فروردین دارای بیشترین صفات رویشی از قبیل طول ریشه، وزن‌تر و خشک شاخساره، طول شاخساره، تعداد برگ بودند، اما قطر ریشه و درصد زنده­مانی در قلمه­های گرفته‌شده در 20 اسفند بیشتر بود. قلمه­های خشبی دارای بیشترین طول ریشه، وزن‌تر و خشک شاخساره، طول شاخساره و تعداد برگ بودند. قلمه­های علفی دارای بیشترین تعداد ریشه و درصد زنده­مانی بودند. قلمه­های بدون هورمون دارای بیشترین وزن خشک شاخساره، طول شاخساره و درصد زنده­مانیبودند، همچنین بهترین نتیجه برای قلمه­های علفی بدون هورمون گرفته‌شده در 20 اسفند مشاهده ­شد.

چکیده [English]

Conocarpus with the scientific name Conocarpus erectus L. is an ornamental shrub that in this study the effect of the treatments: the cuttings type (Hardwood, Semi-hardwood and Herbaceous), cutting time (March 11, April 9) and Naphthalene Acetic Acid (with/without hormone) on survival and growth cuttings of Conocarpus erectus L. were studied. This study by using a factorial design based on completely randomized design with 4 replication and 30 cuttings per treatment in Behbahan municipality’s greenhouse was conducted. The results showed that cuttings planted in April 9 had the highest of vegetative traits such as: shoot wet and dry weight, root length, shoot length and number of leaf but survival percent and root diameter has the highest in cuttings planted in March 11. Hardwood cuttings had the highest number of leaf, shoot length, root length, shoot wet and dry weight. Soft wood cuttings had the highest survival percent and number of roots. Hormone-free cuttings had the highest survival percent, shoot length, shoot dry weight. The best result was observed in softwood cuttings without hormone that planted in March 11.
