بررسی برخی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر مشارکت در مدیریت پایدار جنگل‌ها (پژوهش موردی: سامان عرفی کلگچی، چهارمحال و بختیاری)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت مشارکت در مدیریت پایدار جنگل­های سامان عرفی کلگچی انجام شد. ابزار اصلی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه­ای بود که گویه­های مختلف آن توسط پژوهش­های اسنادی و گروه تخصصی متشکل از اساتید برجستة کشور و کارشناسان نخبه انتخاب و بین مردم محلی و کارشناسان توزیع شد. برای تعیین روابط بین شاخص­ها از فن فازی دیمتل و برای تعیین نقش برخی از عوامل اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر مقدار مشارکت مردم در مدیریت پایدار جنگل­ها از مدل رگرسیونی لجستیک استفاده شد. طبق نظر مردم محلی و کارشناسان، مقدار مشارکت مردم محلی در برنامه­ریزی و اجرای طرح­ها در منطقة مورد پژوهش کم تا متوسط است. با تحلیل مدل فازی مشخص شد که شاخص کمک به ارتقاء امکانات و نیروهای انسانی برای حفاظت و احیا، به­عنوان تأثیرگذارترین و همکاری در عملیات اجرایی و فنی به­عنوان تأثیرپذیرترین شاخص مدیریت مشارکتی هستند. متغیر سن و سابقة استفاده از اراضی جنگلی رابطة معکوسی با مقدار مشارکت دارند و نتایج حاصل از آزمون پیرسون نشان داد بین درآمد افراد محلی با شاخص مشارکت در مدیریت پایدار جنگل همبستگی مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد. به‌طورکلی، نتایج نشان­دهندۀ مشارکت کم مردم محلی در برنامه­ها و طرح­های اجرایی و حفاظتی بود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigation the status of participation in the sustainable management of the Kalgchy traditional area forests. Questionnaire was the main instrument which used in this study, that its various items were chosen by documentary studies and expert panel composed of prominent country experts and elite experts and distributed between local people and experts. Determination of the relationship between indicators was used by fuzzy techniques DEMATEL and for the role of social and economic factors on the participation of communities in sustainable forest management was used by logistic regression model. According to local people and experts, the participation of local people is low to moderate in the planning and implementation of projects. The results of model DEMATEL showed that the "help to upgrade facilities and human resources for the conservation and restoration" as the most influential and "administrative and technical co-operation" as an indicator of richest of participatory management indicators. Age and usage history of the forest area variables had inverse relation with the participation and the Pearson’s test results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the incomes of local people with participate of sustainable forest management indicators.
