ارزش‌گذاری تفرجی ذخیره‎گاه جنگلی ارغوان استان ایلام با استفاده از روش ارزش‌گذاری مشروط

چکیده

هدف این بررسی برآورد ارزش تفرجی ذخیره‌گاه جنگلی ارغوان در شهرستان ایلام با استفاده از روش ارزش‎گذاری مشروط است. برای تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر احتمال تمایل به پرداخت وجه بازدیدکنندگان، الگوی لاجیت به روش حداکثر راست­نمایی به­کار گرفته شد. اطلاعات موردنیاز از طریق تکمیل پرسش‎نامه و مصاحبه حضوری با 245 بازدیدکننده از منطقة مذکور در سال 1393 جمع‎آوری شد. نتایج نشان ­داد که 90 درصد از پاسخ‎گویان، حاضر به پرداخت مبلغی به­منظور استفاده تفرجی از این منطقة جنگلی هستند. متغیرهای تحصیلات، درآمد افراد و سن دارای اثر معنی‌دار مثبت و متغیرهای مبلغ پیشنهادی، اندازة خانوار و تعداد دفعات بازدید از منطقه دارای اثر معنی‌دار منفی بر احتمال تمایل به پرداخت وجه پاسخ‎گویان بودند. میانگین تمایل به پرداخت وجه بازدیدکنندگان برای هر فرد 10202 ریال به­دست آمد. ارزش تفرجی سالانه کل ذخیره‌گاه 33/15054352398 ریال برآورد شد که برای هر هکتار از آن 8855514 ریال به­دست آمد. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که افراد جامعة مورد بررسی نسبت به اهمیت منابع جنگلی آگاهی دارند و تمایل به پرداخت وجه قابل توجهی برای بهبود و توسعه این منابع برای استفاده‎های تفرجی و حفاظتی وجود دارد. نتایج این تحقیق می‎تواند شرایطی را برای سیاست­گذاران و مسئولین منابع طبیعی استان ایلام به­منظور حفاظت و حمایت بیشتر از این منابع جنگلی فراهم کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is to determine the recreation value of Arghavan Forest Reserve in the county of Ilam using contingent valuation method. To determine the influencing factors on the probability of willingness to pay (WTP) of visitors, Logit model was applied using maximum likelihood estimation. Required information were collected via questionnaires and interviews with 245 visitors from the area in 2014. The results showed that 90% of respondents are willing to pay for recreational use of the forest area. Education, income and age variables have a significant positive effect and the variables of offered price, household size and numbers of visits from the region have a significant negative effect on the probability of willingness to pay. The mean of willingness to pay for recreational use of the area was estimated 10202 Rial/person. The annual recreational value of Arghavan Forest Reserve was also estimated 15054352398.33 Rials for total area and 88555014.10 Rials per hectare. The results of the study show that the people are aware of the importance of forest resources and there is a significant willingness to pay to improve and to develop the resources for recreational and protection uses. The results can provide conditions for policy-makers and responsible people in natural resources of Ilam province to conserve and protect more these forest resources.
